Design + Construct are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Administrator. Our client is a well established boutique residential builder who have an annual turnover of around $15M with individual projects ranging from $2m-$5M.
To be considered for this role you will be required to have;
- A Construction related degree, Ideally BA in Cons Management.
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience to include a strong background in the Residential Sector.
- Previous experience within Cost Control / Reporting, Letting Contracts and a working knowledge of Cheops.
In return a full time role is available working a 5 day week and a competitive salary package which is negotiable depending on experience.
